It's one of two latches for locking our bay window. Appears to be #30270 printed on side. The enclosure is 3" long.

Hi I have a horizontal sliding window and I need to replace this window assembly, but I can't seem to find it. The wheel size is 5/8 diameter.

The spring is 12" and the Track is 27" Windows are at least 20 years old (probably older)

I'm seeking for a window lock as shown in the attached images.

I have a screen door I need parts for. The corner brackets are plastic and I could only get part of it out and didn't want to pull the rest out unless I can get replacements.The second photo is the roller. I will need 4 each.

I have an old style 82-005. For some reason, I have been missing the strike latch that screws into the jamb. I've installed the new style latch, but it's still not quite right. the channel is 30-5/8. Stamp reads 30 2. Window made by Solar Industries 2002. Need 2 balances.

I need to replace 4 roller assemblies for sliding sceens 3' x 9'. The identifying information on the part is "DISCO 1189". The wheels are steel. If possible, I would like to replace them with nylon wheels since these screens are on an ocean front balcony.

Hi there, I'm having trouble finding a replacement for this mortise lock for my screen door. The door itself is only 4 years old but the locking mechanism of this lock has failed and will no longer maintain the locked position. Many thanks in advance. Chris

i ordered to many and i have to get the correct ones to finish my job.

My bottom sash of my window does not stay up. As soon as you pull the window up, it immediately falls down. They are Simonton double hung windows.
