The pivot shoes on several of my windows broke and need to be replaced. My windows are about 20 years old and have no idea of the part number but need a replacement part using the picture provided. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

This crank is striped out. Older model 22 years old. By the looks of what you have a 1/2" larger in the arm seems to be considered its replacement. Also need the end bracket as mine is bent.

Balance measurement 27"long Number on the balance is 26 9 Bs1

The weatherstripping has broken off due to age and needs to be replaced. I am unsure if just the rubber weatherstripping may be replaced or if the top aluminum channel also has to be replaced.

I had extruded screen frames and broken corner keys.

This is the left side of the window (as I'm facing the window). The window size is 21-3/8"W x 35-5/8"H. This is the bottom pane of a tilt out window.
