Hello, I need two of these rollers for glass patio doors. I did not get pictures of them installed because didn't find out about you until after I went to Ace Hardware & they helped me remove them.

I need 2 of these in taupe color. They are metal. Possibly Truth brand?Beth

The pictures attached are the parts that I presume are broken. Window does not stay up anymore and falls right back down dangerously. Please advise a fix

These windows are in a mobile home, they are vinyl replacement windows, single hung, I can not find a manufacture name any where on them but the seals are so dried out they are just crumbling.

Hey, have several windows that have just one side where the coil balance snapped. I don't know if the top plastic and bottom piece come with a new coil bablance, or if you just order the coils. Hello, Looking to purchase replacement channel-style balances for some Model 8000 Quaker windows (HC40/AW50) installed about 15 years ago. The stamp on the balance says "48 64L" If there is any additional information needed please let me know.
