Can the Track Glide for a Tilt Window Latch be replaced? Both are cracked and have holes in them that prevent them from functioning properly. Actually, I'm not sure why they are there at all and considered just removing them. What is your advice?

Hi we need this mortise replacement part and cannot find it anywhere online. Do you sell this replacement part? (It's the white mortise lock frame holder in photos that the lock fits into and that entire 2-piece unit fits into our IWS sliding door).

The pictures shown are from the non broken window. The little black piece that slides on the track in the window top picture snapped and I now have the window locked shut. What is the black piece called and is it possible to replace just that piece?
