Hi, I need a replacement block and tackle counter balance for a reliability single hung window. 1/2" channel and 24" long not including fittings. Stamped 2320. I need only one for a current production (purchased in 2023) reliability 53"high by 32" wide single hung purchased from Lowe's. ... (cont.)

I am looking for replacement wheel assemblies for sliding screen door, for patio doors built and sold by Scherer Bros in MN. The house was built in 1996-7. I have two of these sliding screen doors and the same assembly is used top and bottom, so I am looking for a total of 8.

I cannot find this exact pivot on the web page with these measurement and the top hat flange on both sides.

These sashes won't stay open.

Attached photos are for A Pella Designer Series Model 11781 4 Panel Sliding French Door. Originally installed in May 12 2001. Trying to identify correct replacement wheel assembly

Sections of these came off my Bella sliding doors. They were installed about 15 years ago.

I do not know the manufacturer ID my windows. I need the bracket in the picture. Hope you can help. Thanks

Locking mechanism with locking handle for Juliette slide doors

I am looking for both of these parts .Are they available?I understand the side latch pieces are .But question the window side casting piece ?

Hung windows are 17 years old. Not opened often, except to clean twice/year. One unit failed (pictures attached). Looking for an identical replacement pair, at a minimum. I may buy more as "insurance" for the next window failure.Thank you for your help with this!VR, Gary

I need help identifying the channel balances on my windows. I have attached 5 pictures, I have plenty more that I can email, if you need them. The length of the spring is approximately 18 and 3/4 inches (compressed), the length of the balance is 31 inches, and depth and width is 5/8. There is a prin ... (cont.)

Good morning The window is a tilt in window. The balances are round. I have attached some pictures. Can you identify the replacement needed? Thank you I have used your parts to replace balances on regular windows - they work great now! Susan

Need handle and mortise assembly

I need two of these special balances. They seem to have an oversized shoe and the clip at the end is not a hook, it's more a v-shaped clip.

The balance is 28" (end to end). The cord has a small rectangular metal piece that wedges into shoe. Balance has 28C etched in it.
