Is there a replacement available for this sash lock? The only markings on this lock are "680" and "2" as shown in the picture. Also shown is a triangle with a circle in the middle.

Ply gem lock bathroom window handle broke off and the window will not open.

Hi, the closest match i could find was a 27" series 385, please confirm, or do I need something different? I have 2 windows that the piece has come off and windows won't stay open and shimmy to the point of coming out?

I have two Anderson windows, circa 2003, that need crank mechanisms replaced. The top section of these coil springs have shattered in a couple of our windows and I need help figuring out what replacement parts I need to get. I have attached pictures of the broken coil and unbroken system.

We usually use "96m Constant Force Balance System #7 or 740" that is what we have ordered and its very generic off of amazon. This does not seem to be the correct weight for some of the windows we have and I am completely unsure how to go up in weight. Like what do I order.

The stock vent stops that were in my Harvey windows cannot be "locked" in closed position, so must be removed to open window wide. Need confirmation of replacement part. Same dimensions as your 39-171 except arm is 47/8" long not 5". Bottom of mechanism is stamped 45251 and 101509 08:50 etched on back. Thanks for help.

I am looking for a support shoe for a prism platinum double hung window that I bought in 2002. The part in picture is the broken piece. The right half should fasten into the coil. It measures one and a half inches high on the left side. It is 7/8 wide and 1 3/8 across
