Hello. Handle has broken off. Would follow your advice for purchase of either just a new handle and hardware or entire new latching mechanism. I see AW which might be a brand and numbers 2573558 and 7700-14.Thank you.Dan

I have casement style windows next to my double glass doors. They open with a handle/lever that also operates the lock. The lever popped out in my hand. Do you have something that will work instead?

24F DSI VD IS STAMPED ON IT ON ONE END. THE METAL PART OF IT IS 24" LONG X 9/16" WIDE AND 9/16" DEEP

The rubber piece that goes under the interior door is bad and needs replaced but I'm having trouble finding the correct one.

The handle is dark brown. The overall length is 10". The mounting screw spacing is approximately 4". There are two molded markings on the under side of the handle. One is "Sash Controls Canton, SD". The other is "Patent D466787"

Hope this enough to identify door & rollers, fits into a adjustable track in the frame of the screen.

From the conversation that I had with your representative he explained to me that this window balance would need to be custom made. I also would need 2 window balance w/ any hardware that I would need to install the window balances. Can I get the cost of the parts. Thank you

1605-6 Crank in set(1603-4) is branded as Pella, but the lock handle does not contain branding. Looking for the lock handle (1605-6).

I am looking for an operator and upper/lower hinges for this window. The operator arm is 9 1/2" from roller to bend before crank.
