Couldn't find any names, numbers, or markings on any parts. Both pivot shoes are broken. Looked thru your catalog and couldn't find the replacement part. Could I use a different pivot shoe and balance to repair window? The window slot is 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" deep. I also need two new sash pivot bars ... (cont.)

Tilt window balance shoes appear to have rusted out. Half is stuck in the bance and half is stuck in the sash.

33" spring/sash has detached from window and the plastic pulley that is attached to spring is broken. I do not know how it is attached to the window. Does the whole assembly come as a kit or do I just replace the broken pieces? If whole assembly what is the part number?
