Hello, im looking for the little black piece in the picture.Vince

I have Pella windows from the mid-80's and the plastic pieces inside the balancers are breaking. Please see attached photos and advise if you have a replacement for these. Thank you for your help.

The length of the channel is 33 inch. The stamp says" 32 3 bsi oB" it's also in the pictures uploaded. Only need one balance.
