Looking for coil balance parts for certaintieed windows

I recently received a set of S775 balances. Although I thought I had all the measurements right, when I attempted to install I realized that there was like a guide channel inside the window channel. Looking for locking device horizontal slide windows 2"X1/2"

Has an "A" stamped on one side. I'm not sure if the twist in the end is by design or if it twisted while someone tried to force the window open to take it out.
