I need help finding replacements for sliding patio screens

we have a french style patio door, where one half side is the door and the other is screened off and can be cracked open with this crank operator mechanism. it has seized up and were in need of a replacement, can you help? thanks, have a great day. Jamey

Home was built in early 1970's. Windows seals had failed. Replaced windows, not whole frame, but have been unable to replace the vinyl or hard plastic piece that goes between the window and frame. Out of my wheelhouse with this one. This is the pile that's in the grooves of some aluminum framing for vinyl windows in a mobile home. looking for flat window grid strips. The strips are 3/4" wide, and .041" thick with a lip on either side to accommodate the glue. See photos. This may come in a roll or some are formed for semicircular window.
