Can you identify this part?

Looking for a replacement for this window balance. See attached photo.

I'm a licensed general contractor in Northern California. I have a client's bathroom window missing both its balancers. Brand name CertainTeed. White vinyl 16-in tall sash. I have submitted pictures as well.

I was hoping you could help identify this "screen weather strip"? I tried to find it on your web page, but was unsuccessful. Please see attached pics. Only marking made in USA. I beleive the manumanufacturer is Truth. Screws hole are 4 3/4 and 3 7/8.

I can't seem to locate a match for this. The arm is 2 1/2 " Shoulder bolt is 5/16 - 18 thread. I don't see many that have a 2 1/2" arm that is configured the same. Home they are in was built in 1989. Any ideas? Thank you.
