I am trying to figure out what latches and locks to order to replace the ones in the attached photos. I am also looking for the part at the bottom of the window to help lift in up -- the long piece of white metal/plastic. Thank you for your assistance!!

I am trying to find a replacement latch. The one I see on your site and other sites is similar but not the same. The window is about 20 years old.

Having trouble with one of my sliding screen doors and come to find out one of these had broken and was stuck up inside screen frame and the other broke in two just like in photo attempting to remove it to replace top and bottom ones. Looking for this weather seal

I have 2 windows that has a broken balance shoe on each side. I will be needing 4 replacements shoes in total for both windows and am guessing that I will also need 4 new balances and noted the red coloring

Early 2000's Reynolds's windows. I need 1 lock and 3 tilt keys.

Both left and right channel-balance's are disengaged from the window. The left is all the way up to the top and firmly in place. The left one floats up and down when I open and close the window. IMG 5178 shows the lableing on the Channel Balance. I don't understand the series number or where to find them. If you can help me with the series numbers it would be helpful.

Thank you. I am including a drawing of the part. The dimensions are: 2 1/2 inches long on the left side. The right side is about 1 1/2 inches x 1 1/2 inches across. it is a fairly flat piece .

How do you replace the broken glass in a Loewen window(casement type that simply pushes open--no crank) How to pry off trim to remove broken glass??
