I need one with a stronger spring I think. My window doesn't stay up with one I grabbed from another window that has same part number and window measurements.

Need to find this part for replacement. The window brand is Norandex vinyl windows. The measurement of the part is 2 1/2" long and 1/4" wide. Thank you for any assistance.

I'm replacing an EMTEK 322 latch and plan on re-using the handles and face plates, Can I purchase just the latch and lock set without the handles and facing plates? I have 19 casement windows from a house built in 1984 with Truth hinges that need replacing. Ten of the windows are 24" wide and nine are 18" wide. I've got a window where the balancers are in good condition but the window pegs that sit into the pivot shoe have snapped off. These appear to be screw on pegs instead of pivot bars/pins that slide in and out. Thanks!

Hiya, I have a few Marvin Tilt Pak window track springs in need of replacement. They look a lot like the 750 and 795 series channel balances but the bottom (shoe??) is pictured. We have some 27" long stamped "26K" and another 21" long stamped "P20K" thanks for your help!

We need to replace the sets of rollers on our Milgard patio sliders. House was built in 1991 and these the original sliders and rollers. The stamped number in the door frame appears to be: MT 1 A.L.I (or T) CBA. Do you carry these rollers? Thanks, Kevin

Plastic Window Channel Balance Sash Cams, not sure of the fit and what size to get.

Hil am looking for the lock in my pictures. The holes are 2 1/16" on center and 11/16" from the window side of the latch. The numbers on the bottom are 8300-02 on the white piece and 8303 on the gray piece. There is also a 1 to the left and down from the 8303 on the gray piece.The white latch is 1/4 ... (cont.)

Looking for a keeper for a 1998 Pella sliding glass patio door. It's 1/2" wide. It sticks out from the door jam +/- 1-1/8".
