The part is broke that holds the spiral so the window will stay up what part is this do you have

Sir, I have spiral balancers on my tilt in windows, two to each side. The window would not stay up. All I found was the plastic insert at the top of the inner spring/tube, the one the anchor screw goes through, the hole had broken out. These are old windows and the vent stop got stuck and broke. I popped it out but need a new one to replace it. Please let me know what we can do. Thank you,

I'm needing to replace the rollers on my sliding aluminum glass door but can't seem to find a matching replacement assembly. Any help would be great. 1-1/4" roller OD and it has a bit that is 13/16" wide that slides into a track in the aluminum rail.

Can you tell me what brand of sliding window lock is in the pictures and/or if there is a replacement lock available?

I have identified the windows as being manufactured by Harcar Aluminum Products at 1201 Cornwall Rd, Sanford, Florida...no longer in business. I have attached photos of the window. Our clips are starting to break off of our attached window screen to the door. Attached in the picture of what the clip looks like. PPG Herculite K Trempe Tempered CAN/CQSB12.1M RS 6205-1981-A I think that information is correct.

Coil has number 8 stamped on it. All parts seem operable but window is still falling. I'm assuming coil has failed. Can you tell me which coil I'll need for replacement? Thanks
