I have crank open windows and several are broken or no longer work. Looking for replacements

what is this part that holds the channel balancer in the window and where can i find them on your site

Where can i find the replacement spring part?

There are no markings other than an R on the right latch. The windows are manufactured by Farley in Canada. The latch measures 2-5/8" x 11/16" x 3/8".

I need to replace a spring set in one of these windows. I am unfamiliar with this manufacturer, and style. I have not found any information on how to remove the spring sets or the window from the frame. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Looking for any help if you can. Broke one of these door pulls on a house I'm renting, there are multiple locks like this so the replacement has to match. Can you point me in the direction of a new set or just the exterior handle? Thank you
