Two windows that open from the left as you face them have roller wheels that come out of track. A) metal track at base of window is 11" and Truth & a house icon is on the track (see pic); B). Just trying to find another mechanism thats inside door handle. Did see Sash control on handle. Is a double claw. Thanks for your help

I think the balancer for the window is broken. I'm not sure how to get the info to buy resplacement parts for it. The picture of the sash and coils are show in the photo.
