Hello. I have a Wasco sliding door with a broken locking mechanism. (See attached photos.) It is one of 3 doors on the same wall so I don't want to purchase a new handle set as it wouldn't match the others. Do you you a replacement part that I could install?

This would be a new install. I have 4 swing out windows but no handle to push them out and bring them back in. I am looking for replacement shoes and balance springs for old Nuprime DH windows. The shoes pictured are about 1-9/16" wide x 2' high x 5/8" deep.

I have a Malta bathroom window that has a lever at the bottom of the frame to extend the top pivoting window out at a 45 degree angle. When closing the window the right side corner does not pull in completely like the left side! Does the window have an adjustment for this problem? ... (cont.)
