The metal channel measures 13 5/8". Is that a 13" balancer? The stamp is 13 4. Wings on upper and lower plastic guides. Im thinking its an S385 family member. Your Website I would rate as an 8 or 9 of 10. Pretty clear instructions.

My window crank broke off. The item number on the inside of the handle says OP06-1520. Which item would I need to purchase for the replacement?

Windows are original construction pre 1995. I can not remove the weather stripping for identification WO removing the sash which does not appear to use tilt latches.I can not figure out how to get the sash to move either L or R. In order to remove it. Can u help? Thanks, g

Need Pella sliding door weatherstrip that attaches between the sliding door and the threshold, the door is about 10 years old but we don't have any more info except the attached picture.

Can't find any markings on the window glass or frame. The jambliners are crumbling so when I try new mounts to attach the springs to the sash, the jambliners break apart when handling. The jambliners have a rounded service, not v shaped and not square.

I am wanting to get a replacement for this locking mechanism. It is for a double pane vinyl sliding door. 1) Will this require taking apart the sealed frame to get the broken latch out if the frame? 2) Is there a replacement latch that will fit this frame?

Hi, the marking on the part is 24 2 HO CALDWELL in case you can't see it in my photos. The vinyl windows are at least 25 years old. I need to replace all of the balancers in my rental unit. Several different sizes but mostly the same as the ones in my photos. Thanks for your help! Liz ... (cont.)
