This is a missing part of the window.

I have a Truth 23025 9 1/2" single arm and the end of the arm does not fit in the existing track as the track needs to be deeper.

I am looking for the correct replacement balance for single hung windows. The pictures are of one of them. It is a CALDWELL 29 3 LP.

No indication of brand of window, nothing on the part itself. It is a small plastic part the holds the balance in place.

Hello, I am looking for replacement screen corners that have a notch cut out in the edge. This notch fits around what look like retaining screws on the window frame.

They are 29 inches

I am missing the lever and locking mechanism on one of my sliding patio doors. The companion door is beat up a bit but still work. I cannot locate the locking mechanism anywhere. I have submitted the damaged as well as the working companion door for purpose of comparison.

I believe I want to replace a plain tilt window channel balance with a 32" B weight but have difficulty choosing the T-lock. Mine is definitely 1 1/4 inches wide at the bottom, 1 7/8 tall and 15/32 wide at the top. Not sure if it is open or closed style. Pictures attached. Could you confirm parts? ... (cont.)

I'm trying to find a replacement for the tilt latch in the photos. Acouple look like they might work but the distance from end to catch doesn't look short enough. Please let me know if you hav one that will work.

Need 1 window latch for MI double hung window. Manufacturer is: "MI Windows and Doors". Our house was built in 2017. The latch color is "Clay". The metal part of latch has "L 3" embossed. Please see attached pictures.

The lock knob is free turning. Try to find replacement parts and information on this lock type.

Need two replacementd

90-025 window lock. The hole for the left screw is not open enough to get a screw in. The lock doesn't open enough to fully expose the screw hole on the left side. How am I supposed to install?
