Where can I get a screen door lock exactly like this one? Or the spring for a handle ?

Several of the wood double hung sash do not hold in place and fall when opened or unlocked . The sash are in good condition. The tracks are aluminum and I have not located any manufacturer marks. Trying locate a replacement part for my sliding glass door. The part is the outside pull made of hard black plastic that is recessed into a factory "pocket" of the slider. Looking for the bubble seal for this 23 year PGT French door the black seal is the same shape as you 58-135 seal but about 1/2 the size.the other white seal I beleive is your 3/16 foam filled. So any help would be appreciated Thomas
