Looking to replace the sash balances for Atrium Series 30 Impact single hung windows. I think the balances are Caldwell 86HP. do you have these and is this correct?

Hi the lock is sticking it looks like I may only need the small plastic part next to the screws. in any case I can't find the parts needed, will also need a new key and lock. thanks, Steve

I have a building that has some bad sash balances. They are a 27C block and tackle tilt sash balance that are 9/16" wide. I do not know the manufacture of the windows, it is an older building.

Hi, I amlooking for a replacment handle and lock for my sliding door. The problem is that the cutout for the lock is giant. the lock holes are spaced 7.5 inches apart. The cutout holes for the handles are 10 cm and 12.5 cm apart. I believe it is a 3 15/16 handle. Any suggestions on what handle/ ... (cont.)

Hello, This is a lock mechanism for my window that won't work. It's 4 3/4" long and I tried to show the latches on the window itself. When you move the handle up or down it won't lock. Pics 1, 2 and 3 are of the chanel slides and hook.#4 is from metal end to metal end measurement and this is a 1/2"slide.I will also need the 2 stops for each window.#5 is the plastic piece on the window there are 2 on each window.The only markings on any of them is Vista Deluxe.We have a total of 10 ... The one with the blue shoe is the old one I took out. The others with metal shoe is one I found and used but the blue one has a slot fits old pivot pin and new one does not . They are 40 lb windows and as can see stacked coils of 20 each side by a 6,6, 8 to equal 20 lbs for each side. I need new one ... (cont.)
