I need to replace the sash balances for my Anderson double-hung sash windows. The sash sizes are approx. 35.5"W X 25.5"H. The windows are original to the house and were probably manufactured in the late 1970's. The etched logo markings are 4 A W 78/l, with X7 (Xi?) at the bottom tip of the triang ... (cont.)

We broke the handle off a PGT WINGUARD CA SERIES 740 Stainless Steel (Hurricane resistant) sash lock, left, locking the window before leaving the house for the summer season. Operator works, but I have no connection to the slide bar on the sash itself from the inside it's pivoted on the left so it should be a left hand operator also need the locking mechanism on the inside I gave the size between the screw holes the handle is the only thing that doesn't work on that and ...
