I do not have this balance removed, but it does have the number 14 stamped on it and is a double coil. Window is fairly large. Just want to make sure new ones support the weight of the Window. Trying to replace several broken balances. I see 2360 bsi ax on metal seems just short of 24 inches. The bottom or shoe is an inch wide and about a half inch up top

The knob at the end of the crank handle fell off and I cannot locate the screw that held it in place. I've attempted to remove the entire crank handle but it is not held down by a screw. Can you help identify the part or parts to replace?
