The tip of the connectors are broken. I need 15 of them. I have pictures of them in the window and out. I can email these to you. I can find the manufacturer's identification.

i'm looking for a mortise for a right hand swing door

I think I need the Series 900 spiral balance. The tube on my existing balance is 33.75in. 3/8" diameter. Would that be the 34" Series 900? Window is a 30"x 69.25. Bottom sash weighs approximately 20lbs. Double hung tilt. Pics attached.
