Hello, I am in need of some window shoes. I have thermo pane windows and my shoe on each side had broken. I need to replace them. I need to know if you sell what i need.

Plygem window (circa 2013? mfg) in Hawaii gets a lot of moisture and salt that may have affected the pivot shoe(??) in the left side of the window (bottom hung portion). Do you have a replacement part?

Hi- I have a Malta casement window in my basement and the exterior piece of trim that looks like shoe molding cracked. See picture attached. I'd like to replace the part, if possible. I'm not even sure what that piece of trim is called. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
