I am trying to get a coil balance to go onto the coil support. I purchased 4 of each and had no problems with 3. Could either the coil balance or the coil support be the wrong size.

I have a Polaris UW8420 with a failed right balance. It has the number 12 on it. I don't see a 12 on your order list. I had to cut the spring out to open the window. I have not removed the plastic portion as of now. Do you have a compatible balance?

These are broken inside rollers for simonton 55oo series replacement windows. I cannot find replacements for them. Distributors where I live are out of business and these keep breaking. Thanks for your helpNorma

Trying to replace a set of spiral balances & the pivot lock shoes. The tube measures 3/8" thickness x 28-3/4" long. Do I order 28" or 29" balance? Also, I don't see the pivot lock shoe on your website. It is 3/8" thick, 1-15/16" overall & 31/32" wide. Has a Red cam.
