Hi, I am looking for window sash lock for my Silverline by Anderson windows and not sure which one fits in replacement and i got from HD and they don't fit.

We opened our window and tilted it forward so that I could clean, and the right hand tamp 'r' lol III And the pivot Siu shattered into 1 million pieces. I don't have a picture of the pieces outside of the window to send you. We looked online and we were able to find the black piece but are not sure ... (cont.)

I have casement window and the operator arm no longer connect to track at the bottom of the window (black piece seems to be broken and no longer holds the arm pin). The door is made by Great Lakes Windows. It is about 20-25 years old. These rollers are like roller bearings rather than traditional wheels

This window opens from top and bottom, lock attaches under the top storm window section not allowing generic locks to be substituted unless I take the extra weather protection window out to expose wood surface to screw lock to top window.please help with any suggestions if no replacement part is av ... Looks like your #26-266 but my broken one is the right side one. You only have the left, Is there something that can take its place? The slot opening is not quite 2 and1/2" or 2 and 1/2" with the little brush gasket at the end

Hello, Need help identifying broken pieces. One has a # 8 and the other a # 3 Thank you, The measurements are "roughly" 2.75 length, 1.5" ctr of hole to head, the head itself is roughly 3/8" overall and that center piece in the middle is roughly ¼"

Good Afternoon, Looking for a replacement lock for what is shown. Am already looking at the 90-313, however, the tongue of the 90-313 is hook shaped, and mine is flat. Wanted to know if that hook was an important factor. Am also looking for a replacement in beige. Thank you!
