I have been unable to find a company that could replace my patio screen door along with the rim which is cracked because of the size which is 36 in. wide and 93 in. tall.

I sent a prior request . This a follow up.I need a pivot that is broken . It's channel shape w 2 holes and two slots and is 3" long. I sent 2 photos one of a good piece and one of broken one. I'll replace both since one is warped.The sash weighs 9 lbs.I also need a balancer coil that broke. It says ... (cont.)

I need a set of replacement handles. I tried the Mortise Lock Set but it was a little too small. I need the shaft between the handles to be at least 3 inches.

Dear Swisco: I am looking for a repacement of our back slider tread cover. It is about 0.25 in tall, 0.25 in wide, and 70 inch long.

I had a glass company take a look at the window and they would be able to replace the glass. HOWEVER, there is one problem. one of our MI window's pivot bars broke. These windows were installed by the builder in 2017. MI doesn't have the replacement part and referred us to swisco. Cant find this type pivot bar. Left side pivot bar is broken

34" long plastic tube spiral balance 3/8" wide. Window sash is 36" x 36" double glazed aluminum frame. About 16 years old we think MI windows. We can't tell if the tip color is yellow or white that has been yellowed with age. We don't have a way to weigh the sash. Can you help us. Thanks Geoff ... (cont.)

I am looking for this window balance, but i am not sure if the one i found on your website is the right one. The metal bar measures 24" and i think it is the Series 351 possibly 2310.

The balancers on my windows have broken. The type doesn't match the ones on your website. Any ideas on where to get replacements. The windows are 23 years old.
