My name is Larry and I work for Mr. Handyman of Northwest Austin. I have ordered parts from you in the past. The length is 30 3/8 inches tip to tip. Orange plastic piece at the Spiral exit of the tube. The letters KRAO are printed on the galvanized part of the spiral balance.

Looking to replace these balance parts. I only require 4 pieces with rivets

I need 2 of these in the picture. 1 picture is what it looks like. The 2nd picture is the window model and brand.

Picture 1 is the top of my set of doors that work correctly and has rail to keep the door from falling out. Pic 2 is the set we just installed that we got used. And it's missing that piece.nit sure what to look for. They are 30 year old anderson sliding doors.

My balance spring cover says 30tgx what do I need

My balances are 2330 markings, your 2330 looks great ,but my tops look different then yours, mine look they have more of a flat guide on the top for left right balance, please advise me after this should work thank you sincerely Rick,
