HI I'm Jim , just took door off sliding area and removed rollers, got them ordered and would like to put a new seal in closing side of door while doing rollers, what do you need to identify type of seal , seal is 781/4 in in length.

Channel length is 13.5/8", stamp imprint is 13 2, Milgard manufacturer in Tacoma, WA. I am in need of two balances.

I am looking for a 5" pin to pin straight piece that guides the opening of the window. They are at the top and bottom of the windows. The p/n for the arm is 6492P. It seems to be riveted to the rail that screws to the bottom of the window and has a clip on the window crank side. I have Hurd Casemen ... (cont.)

Does the cam window latch 38-060 come I. 1.25 inch Center. My window is old and the latch has broken. the latch is built into the wi Dow so needs to be 1.25 inch

So I measured and it is a half inch thick and I do believe it's part number 15?188. Would you agree?

I don't have any information (item number, window manufacturer, etc). This hold the pin and allows the window to be dropped out of casement for cleaning.

hello? can you help me identify this part? It is for the bottom of my window, the track and the hardware are missing. Can you recommend which track and hardware that hold the hinge and track and window I should buy?

I just purchased 24 balances from Swisco -part S385-27 option 2640. Your video instructions were so helpful. I have this old window that I'm looking to repair can you please identify the right balance for me let me know if you need more information about my balance.
