Hi! The pic has the patent number and references sash controls. It appears the spring that holds the latch up appears to he broken.

I didn't find any names, but the image with numbers hopefully provide what is needed. The last ones I purchased from you were perfect. These channels measured 28" long. I also need two replacement locks. I think you carry these too?Your help in so appreciated! ??Bonnie

Hello, Recently the tilt broke and the spring came up the top of the window. The white plastic part sheared off so I do not have a complete image of that just pieces.
