I bought the Swisco 82-226 mortise lock, and it fits my door and works fine. But the hook doesn't reach out and hold my strike like the old lock did.Oh, and the hole-to-hole spacing is about 3-3/4 inches. What do I need?

Crank operator has an R stamped on it, It is for the left facing window as seen from the interior. Also has the number 20810A stamped on it. Would like to replace this crank operator but not sure which item in your inventory is the best match. Thanks

Attached please find pictures of the door hardware. The distance between the two screw is approximately 7.5". I would like to know the part No. and price due to the fact that I have multiple recplacements to do.

The metal channel is 19.5 inches. The stamp is 19 9. We do not know the manufacturer. We will need 4 channel balances.

Any idea who makes this? There are no markings on the windows. Thanks!

I need a 5 1/2' tall asa strike plate

We have about 7-8 windows that can't be opened and most of the windows are hard to operate. I want to replace the crank with handle and the arm that don't work. Also any other suggestion for making opening window smooth. I have posted the parts photos.
