The springs on both sides of the window have broken and the window will no longer stay up. Seems like these should be available parts to replace?

5/8" wide 2 1/16" long 1 3/16" tall 1 1/8" wheel Stamped Del Mar Eng. Long Beach, Ca. Haven't been able to find one with a mounting tab.

I have 5 awning windows that need this weather stripping replaced. It is about 11.9mm in width with a tiny amount that snaps into a channel. Any idea what I would need?

Note photo above of the Roto Locking Handle Plate (4 5/8 inch by 1/2 inch). Are these available and what is your part number? I'd like to order two. Some dummy (me) lost one. -Kind regards Jim

Looking for replacement parts for this awning window. Home was built in 1988 and this is the original window and hardware. Looks like maybe a logo on the handle. Any help/ideas/resources would be appreciated

The numbers on the window channel balance is "20-2 DA2 CMC 7" The metal channel is 21" long X 9/16" Wide X 5/8" Deep. Can you tell me which product I need to buy? Thanks

Do you know the manufacturer of this hinge? I can't figure out or find who that stamped company logo belongs to. I have been able to match all dimensions to available cabinet hinges on the market, except for the location of the three mounting holes shown. They're location does not match up with any ... (cont.)

The house is built 1980's .. I couldn't find any number, name, or marking.

Don't know the maker and there are no markings on the cranks.

Hi, I've got a broken screen door wheel. The wheel is intact, but the black plastic housing that the wheel connects to broke. I'm not sure that black plastic piece comes out of the door, as it is in there tightly. Can that plastic part be replaced? Thanks, Mike

Our vinyl windows are ThermaStar by Pella. White. I have one handle that is completely missing. Another I just need to put back onto it, but don't know if that is broken as well and needs to be replaced. Let me know if you need more info. Thank you!

Can you help me find the correct replacement latch for my window?

I need to replace the weatherseal on several windows. I think I need 58-182 since the t-slot is 3/16. I am unsure about the bulb diameter as it is so compressed and rotted (see pictures). Please let me know if I have selected the correct product code.

Please recommend replacement components. The coil springs aren't marked, the window sash weighs 38lbs. The springs are 0.75" wide. I'll need the spring assembly and the pivot shoe. Thanks!
