Gold spring double coil, slate blue, looking for replacement shoes please

We bought a house with older Florida style crank out windows. The screens were stored in a shed. We want to use the screens but only have a few clips. Can you identify and supply these clips ?

We recently purchased a home with the NAMI-302187 installed. The sliding screen door is missing one of its rollers on the bottom. Is it possible to replace a roller? If so, which part number would that be?

I'm needing to find a matching channel balance replacement. Can you help me find the right part to order? The metal part of the channel is 33 inches long and I measured the depth of the plastic part that protrudes from the back as just over an inch at around 1.08 inches.

Does this lock come in left and right hand?

I ordered a casement operator arm for a window. In the first order, the operator arm was too long. I ordered a second unit, and the operator arm is the correct length, BUT it is mounted 90 degrees away from the window arm. How do I get the correct operator?

I have a window crank 9-1/2" with a 4-1/2 link arm not the 3-13/16" link arm. The window does not close all the way. I had ordered the 39-155 and the 39-156. The problem I'm having is REMOVING the old latch?watched several videos but the latch will not budge like on the video. This was installed in a new build in 2004?could the builder have attached the latch to the door where I'm not seeing?

There are no manufacturers name on the windows or these balances. There is a fiberglass rod (about 27" on front one and 25" on the back one. They have plastic fittings on top and bottom (see photos). We have aluminum frame, single pane windows (from the 1980's probably). Many of the hinges/sliders are broken. One has been replaced with Truth brand hardware, which works well.
