The latch plate for this door has gone missing (installed in a rental house). I need replacement latch-plate (and gasket?). I hope that it's possible to get only the plate that is missing from the door frame, but if needed I've added details in case entire mortise lock and plate are the only option ... (cont.)

Can I get replacements for these latches? Some of the existing ones have broken.

The window lock handle is rusted and keeps coming loose. It won’t stay attached anymore and needs to be replaced.
