hi. i'm looking for a sash balancer replacement. mine has D51 7#27 8-82 thanks in advance -Cesar

It seems like the string attachment to the window channel is supposed to be a small hook which is missing from the metal piece at the end of the string. I have included a picture of the window channel hole that I believe the string should attach to. I have also shown photos of a broken and not broke ... (cont.)

There is a upper window slider that keeps the top of the window from falling out of the frame. This slider clip that is screwed to the sash is bent and the window falls out from the top when the window is open. sash is 26" wide
