I found markings on it - Pat# 6.264.252

The little black tipped thing is suppose to be attached and rotating on the piece attached to the sill (as in the pic of the window on the other side pic 3). It is not attached. Have you got replacements?????

Hello I need a set of window locks like this or a similar set that will work, My locks are frozen because the window is in the shower.

These are Alside Excalibur Windows. The pivot is 1/2" thick. I didn't see one similar to these in the catalog . How do you remove and replace them?
