I have a crank that slips when I apply torque. It slips on the internal teeth. I have attached the picture of two different cranks. Trying to find the manufacturer as the outside pane of glass randomly cracked. I need a replacement horizontal slide panel as I assume you can't replace the glass?

It's a Milgard patio door. I need the lock for the screen door part. The black piece measures 3 1/2 L x 2 W? The screen door is from 2005 or 2006. That's all I have and the attached picture. There are no numbers on this lock.
