I need to put vent night latches on aluminum windows and because there isn't a lot of space, hope to find the right tool to drill the mortice to install vent latches (the narrower, the better ... if I can find less than 1/4 in. wide vent latches).

I was unable to find any information to identify the manufacturer of the windows. The coil spring is stamped 932. I am uncertain if this is the complete unit or if I will also need the part that fastens the top of the coil spring to the window channel. I hope that this will be enough for you to h ... (cont.)

This balancer is from a Millard single hung vinyl window guessing sometime from the 2000's. Channel is 1/2" wide x 23 3/4" long. The stamp on back of channel is "23 4 rn bsi tk ". I am having a hard time finding the right part for my broken tilt window latches. Most of the ones I find are two inches from hole to hole whereas my holes in the windows are just a hair under two inches. Based on what I know right now and have shared with you, any suggestions?

The 39-253 left and right (I need both) look like what I need. Can you confirm. Also, the original looks like the cover plate (white) is actually riveted to the mounting bracket. Since the will the Truth operator cover fit the Encore dual arm operators?

When I tried to replace my broken mortise lock, it fell into my sliding door. And now I don't know what kind of mortise lock to replace it with. I bought one that has the right length, but doesn't fit into the opening. Please help! Thanks.
