Our slider lock broke and is locked shut. The lock just spins. Can you help us to locate the replacement?

These windows were manufactured by Clawson Manufacturing out of Missoula MT. They are no longer in business. The crank turns, but spins without opening or closing the window. Thanks for your assistance.

Need a pair of tilt latches. Can't identify make or model of window. Your 26-419 and 26-420 seem to be closest match, but ours has a curved latch mechanism. The metal channel is approximately 31 5/8in. Stamp says 31 4. Not sure who made these windows, but I have bought a ton of these from you lately and they all fit fine.

Hi...I need a casement window crank for the window in above photo...thought it was a 45275 but the hole patterns don't align...any ideas...I bought from you before for a left handed window and it worked great....this is a right handed window...thanks Tom
