Hi, As per your website, your part#82-240 lever arm is 1 3/16" Yet my broken one was measured at 1" Is it workable? Kindly review and advise. Thanks Stewart

Screen windows plungers are plastic& have a little slit on the Sides of the Screens, plungers are broken/ missing.

Hello, The small upper slider on my casement window broke and fell out. It is for the 10" metal track. There is another piece that is still attached to the end of the window. I believe it is a Caradco window. Thanks for your help!

Our lower double hung window won't hold position. The coil is broken and the balance appears to be as well. Any idea whether you might carry this style? I haven't removed the broken one but can if needed to identify with certainty. Thanks for any help!
