Awning window old. No label on window

Hi there, I’m trying to find a bracket for an older window brand. The window is a Roto HG04 code 2004U

Trying to order the black plastic part that prevents the spring from popping out.

On the window is code: GAM-1-11 04-M Rating: NFRC MST: 311411 On the part: PAT5353548 No other identification is present.

This is a picture of a pella window pivot shoe on an architectural double hung window. Do you sell a replacement for this shoe. The second picture is of the broken sash pivot. I ordered part 26-406B to replace it.

I believe I need 26" Series 795 Channel BUT mine has a hook

I would please need help to identify this balance for a single hung milgard window that failed. It's 1/2 inch wide and 30" long (metal part); it's 31" long with the plastic top and bottom parts.

My double hung windows are 38 years old and I have to replace the tensioner because the cords broke. There is no 3 didget number on the tensioner. There are only 2 sets of numbers: 11600-17 and T5 1231 1 88 What is the product number for a replacement? Thanks, Tom

The plastic piece that in the latch casing broke
