I need non-tilt block and tackle window balances. The brand I currently have is BSI with the stamp 25 4. As you see in the pictures if you measure from the top just the metal plastic to plastic it's 25 inches. If you turn it on its side and measure metal to metal it's 25 1/2 inches. Please let me ... Need to replace the through rod on this door hardware. It seems stripped. The set screw works but the rod seems stripped and doesn't hold the set. The handle pulls out?part way. Prod ID on the door upper jam is 121-120706-05194. Pictures below.

My patio french doors have a bolt inside the door that when you pull up on the handle it locks a rod downward into the door frame, then you can lock the handle with the key or knob inside and the handle is frozen and the door is locked. Does this 40-097 do the same?
