I need a new handle. Google search led me here as my slider door has no information on it. Trying to find correct part

Length of metal channel = 31 5/8" Stamp printed says 31 4 B.S.I. PK I believe this was manufactured by Milgard and these were originally installed in 2004 I see one of the balances was damaged by painters who were painting our home. I would like this one replaced

Looking for parts show above. The window was installed 2009

As you can see I have the bottom track and the doors, but I need the top track and twin wheel assembly. These are for sliding panel doors. This is a Stanley product.

I am looking for a replacement window balance and am hoping you can help. The window is a Norco (jen-weld) D series double hung, model JEL-N-315. The metal portion of the balance measures an odd 30 11/16". It is imprinted with "28 RB". It was broken before I took it off, so the internals fell a ... (cont.)

I am missing the spring that goes inside the latch next to the window. I pull the latch forward away from the window to unlatch it and open the window. I purchased this to replace the handle I had because the lock broke. I'm having a hard time figuring out where to break the tail end pieces off (Step 4). Is it best to just break them off one by one on each piece where the marks are until I get the correct lengths for both?

Do not know the brand name of this window, it was here before we were. There is a part number 40314 on the back

These springs are 1/2" wide and I also need new covers. What parts do I need and is their an install video or info?
