The metal tube ONLY is 33" by 1/2", tho the rounded half round groove in the wooden sash is 5/8". There's a whitish plastic piece at the bottom. The spiral is attached to a metal bracket on the bottom of the sash. See photo. I can't find any number stamped on the tube. The sash simply goes up an ... (cont.)

Looking for a replacement window balance for a not tilt window. Measurement for the metal portion is 25 5/8" Channel 1/2" Shoe 1 3/32" Stamp on old balance 25 5 It looks like a 385 series to me.

I need two of these. Print on them is 19 4 CP Caldwell. Total length with guides is 21" - metal section alone is about 20"

Can you please tell me if the door handle shown in the attached picture is a Swisco product? The only identifying information I can find on it says "Made in New Zealand". Thank you.

Need about 24 pieces

2 handles are connected by a metal brace, both handles have a locking hook on the inside, handles are 3 inches long, total device is about 20 inches long, window outside dimensions are about 31 x 13inches

I'm looking to replace the locking mechanism to my back porch sliding glass door. Have replaced it numerous times, but the locking mechanism will still default after a period of time.

Not sufficient, windows drop. Need heavier springs. Impact glass 2 sets, I have 2 windows with this issue. Plygem 49.5 x 46
