My sliding glass door handle broke off so I need to order me a replacement. The home builder installed it so it is about 20 years old. But the part number says 2167. I will send a picture

17 inches long, 1/2 an inch wide, the stamp says "2630 EA BSI" I believe, I included 5 photos of one I took out of the window next to it. I need two of these plus the top and bottom plastic parts.

My window will no longer stay up and the balancer appears to be broken with the string hanging and one of the spring completely fell out. The only identifying mark on the part is 25-4 DX CMC 11. Can you please advise which model I need to purchase to replace this? Thank you

Hello I have harvey windows that are double hung style that tilt out. One of the pivot bars fell out. So now only one side will swing open and the other will fall out. I have also attached a photo of the pivot bar or shoe that it fits in? Do you have the pivot bars that fit inside the windows ... (cont.)
