Hello I have several balances with these on it that have failed. I would like to know if I can order the entire units or just these? Pivot shoes have broken and the springs have retracted.

We are in need of a 27" window balance with a hook on one end. Not the straight metal piece but with a hook. I have pix of the balance identifying number 27C and of the end with the hook that i could send to someone for reference.

Hi. I need to replace the Pivot Shoes on my aluminum windows. There are no cut-outs in the channels so I don't know how to do this. I do not think that the channel can be spread (even if I had those expensive-looking tools) so, what to do? The channels need to be cleaned but the shoes are shot, no ... (cont.)

Hi, I have an unknown brand skylight. No identification markings on the frame. The screen measures 23 2/8" by 19". There are two pins that hold the screen in place. The pins have corroded and I need replacements.

Hello, I have some Mathew Brother's Windows with balances that are no longer working. Do you have replacement parts for them? There is an aluminum track and string on a spring and a clip for the window to hold onto. Thank You, Joe

I'm looking to find parts to replace missing hardware to a 1970's solid wood bi-fold/pivot door.

Looking for a dual are operator in beige, with handle and new clip. Please let me know if you can identify the parts pictured.

There are no markings on this latch other than Patent Pending. They are from a 30 year old batch of wood windows, I'm not even sure of the brand as I am not the original owner.
