The metal channel is 26 inches long. It is stamped 25.9 IQ Caldwell. The nylon ends have ":wings"

I inquired about this once before and I think it asked for the weight of the sash. These are fairly large windows. I do not know how to weigh the sash. We previously ordered from you. maybe this will help identify our windows because there are no numbers that I can see.

Certainteed Window. Broken balance foot.

The pivot shoe fits in the window frame, but the metal part of the window does not fit in the shoe. The metal piece is bigger than the hole in the shoe. Is there another part that has a bigger hole for the metal on the window to fit into?

Hi, I have about 20 casement windows that have eroding weatherstripping on the outerfacing sides.
