Here's some additional information you requested.Lower window sash: 13#I was able to remove shoe & attached coils after opening up access. Both coils are marked 3.5. I'll attach pictures of the shoe with coils.shoe dim's: width:0.95'; length:1.0"; thickness:0.50"

Hi, looks like the coil spring, and pivot guide housing are broken. I am not sure if the tandem one you have I'd the correct part for this window? Thanks Greg

Stamped 26 4 IR CALDWELL. Metal is 1/2 inch wide and 27 inches long.

I need to replace about six channel balances. The part # stamped on it is 26X. It appears similar to your S751-27 with the option 26tg, since the sashes weigh 29 pounds. Need that Slide rail at the bottom of the frame, the torsion(?) arm is broken off its appox 6 3/4 center pin to pin, the crank seem to be fine.only making I could find is TRUTH cast into the crank housing. Thanks
